Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Login credentials are sent to the email address you register with. Keep that address current.

Personal and work workspaces

Your personal space belongs to you. When you join a company workspace, the company controls the work space, including team rituals, checklists and work data, but has no access to your personal space.

Plans and billing

• Free plans are free with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes. Customers in India are invoiced with GST.
• Team and Business plans are billed per active user.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to monitor individuals covertly, harass anyone, or upload unlawful content.

Wellness, not medical advice

The service provides wellness guidance and routine planning only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service to you.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure. Enterprise customers receive uptime commitments in their agreement. Other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
