Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password, role, company and team size.
• Routine data: routines, completions, streaks, reminders and calendar availability you choose to sync.
• Wellbeing data you choose to enter: energy check-ins, mood, sleep, cycle information and journal entries.
• Work data: team rituals, checklists, proofs such as photos, signatures and location at the time of completion.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, crash logs and feature usage.

Sensitive wellbeing data

Cycle, mood, sleep and journal data is opt-in. It is stored in your personal space and is never visible to an employer, a manager or a workspace admin, even when your account is connected to a company workspace.

You can turn cycle tracking off at any time. When you do, the related history is deleted rather than hidden.

How we use data

• To plan, re-plan and remind you about routines.
• To run team rituals, checklists, onboarding and wellbeing programs for your workspace.
• To produce team-level analytics. Wellbeing analytics are only shown for groups of five or more people.
• To provide support, keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To send service emails such as login details and billing receipts.

AI processing

Our AI uses your goals, calendar and routine history to plan your day. We do not use your routines, journal entries or checklists to train AI models by default. Workspace admins can limit or switch off AI features.

Where data is stored

Customer data is stored in India on reputable cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Some sub-processors, such as email delivery providers, may process limited data outside India under contractual safeguards.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors who help us run the service, with your workspace as described in this policy, or when required by law.

Your rights

• Access and export your data from settings.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing such as cycle tracking or wearable sync.
• Raise a grievance through our contact page. We respond within the timelines required by law.

Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active. Workspace admins set retention for work data such as checklists and proofs. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups on their normal rotation.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. Education workspaces involving students must obtain the required consent.
