How do I get my login details after signing up?
After you sign up, your login credentials and account details are sent to the email address you entered. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see them within a few minutes.
Can I use one account for personal and work?
Yes. One account can hold your personal space and any company workspaces you are invited to. Switch between them with one tap.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Privacy, then Delete account. Your personal data is deleted permanently.
How do grace days work?
If you miss a routine, a grace day is used automatically so your streak continues. Free includes two grace days a month and Pro includes five.

Is Umajani free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for individuals, with three active routines, reminders and the meditation library. Pro unlocks the full AI coach.
Can my employer see my personal data?
No. Your personal space, including mood, sleep, cycle and journal, is never visible to an employer. Companies only see anonymous team trends for groups of five or more.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Routines and checklists work offline on iOS and Android and sync with their original time stamps when you reconnect.
Which languages are supported?
The app works in English and Hindi, including voice input for the AI coach. More Indian languages are planned.
Is Umajani a medical app?
No. Umajani provides wellness guidance and routine planning. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Please consult a qualified doctor for medical advice.
Does it work with Microsoft Teams and Slack?
Yes. Team rituals such as async stand-ups, check-ins and focus hours run inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Where is data stored?
Customer data is stored in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers get data residency commitments in their contract.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and does not need a card. You can upgrade to Pro when you want the full AI coach.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once a year and cost the same as 10 months, so you get two months free.
Can I mix personal and work plans?
Yes. Your personal space stays on your own plan. When your company adds you to a Team or Business workspace, those features appear alongside it.
Do you offer pilots for companies?
Business and Enterprise customers can run a 30-day pilot with one team or a few sites before rolling out further.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Customers in India are invoiced in INR with GST.
