Routines help people and teams when they are used with care. This policy applies to every workspace.
Not for surveillance
- Do not use checklists, location proof or analytics to covertly monitor individuals.
- Do not attempt to identify individuals from team-level wellbeing analytics.
- Do not pressure employees to share personal space data.
Content
- Do not upload unlawful, hateful or harassing content.
- Do not upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Photo proofs should show the task, not people, wherever possible.
Security
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces or bypass access controls.
- Do not overload or disrupt the service.
- Report security issues through the contact page.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy, with notice where practical.
